Manual Weather

Manual Weather lets you enter the conditions yourself when you are not using a connected sensor. It is the fallback that keeps Shot Insights useful anywhere, even when you have no hardware with you.

Enter weather manually

1. Open Sensors or the environment controls from your ballistic tool.
2. Choose the manual weather option.
3. Enter the current temperature, pressure, humidity, and wind information.
4. Save the values and confirm your ballistic tool updates.

When manual weather makes sense

• You are traveling light
• You already have weather from another source
• You want to make a quick correction without connecting hardware

Tips

• Update the values when conditions change instead of reusing old numbers.
• If your phone can provide a pressure reading, Shot Insights can use that as a starting point when available.
• For live updates without manual entry, connect a supported device from Sensors & Integrations.
