Reset Your Password

If you forgot your password, use the reset option from the sign-in screen and wait for the reset email to arrive. Most password issues are fixed by checking the right inbox, watching for a short delay, and trying the newest reset link.

If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that same sign-in method instead of resetting an email password.

  1. Open the Shot Insights sign-in screen.
  2. Choose the forgot-password or reset-password option.
  3. Enter the email address tied to your account.
  4. Open the reset email and follow the link.
  5. Create a new password and sign back in.
  • Check spam, junk, promotions, and filtered inbox folders.
  • Make sure you entered the same email address used for the account.
  • Wait a few minutes, then request a fresh reset email.

If the reset link has expired or you no longer have access to the email account, use Contact support.
