Reset Your Password
If you forgot your password, use the reset option from the sign-in screen and wait for the reset email to arrive. Most password issues are fixed by checking the right inbox, watching for a short delay, and trying the newest reset link.
If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that same sign-in method instead of resetting an email password.
Reset your password
Section titled “Reset your password”- Open the Shot Insights sign-in screen.
- Choose the forgot-password or reset-password option.
- Enter the email address tied to your account.
- Open the reset email and follow the link.
- Create a new password and sign back in.
If the email does not arrive
Section titled “If the email does not arrive”- Check spam, junk, promotions, and filtered inbox folders.
- Make sure you entered the same email address used for the account.
- Wait a few minutes, then request a fresh reset email.
