Billing and Subscription
Most Shot Insights Pro billing issues are solved by restoring the purchase on the same store account that originally bought the plan. If that does not work, the next place to check is the App Store or Google Play subscription details for that device.
Start with the restore option inside Shot Insights before assuming the plan is gone.
Common billing fixes
Section titled “Common billing fixes”- Open the subscription or upgrade area in Shot Insights.
- Use the restore purchase option.
- Confirm you are signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account used to subscribe.
- Reopen the feature you expected to unlock.
